Wednesday

Work was horrible today.

It was the dreaded 11-8 shift that drags on forever.

That shift where you have no time in the morning to do anything before work

 and have to go to bed when you get home.

What a waste of a day.

But!

When I got home tonight my package that I've been waiting for had arrived!

- Josh standing waiting to see what this huge package was that I bought...oopsies-

It was our new bedspread!

I ordered a whole new bed set on Monday because the dog peed on our beautiful set.

I was too grossed out to use it again.

Sheets, pillowcases...the whole shebang.

I got this set from Target.com for only

It is absolutely beautiful.

I loved our old one (not really old, we got it from Josh's parents for our wedding gift).

It was awesome. Cream colored with tree branches and crows embroidered on it.

Oh well, I will take it to the laundromat and wash it a few more times and use it again soon.

But until then, I needed something fresh.

Even though we washed it in the washer downstairs...these washers give me the creeps.

And I figured for $18 it was so worth it.

Oh oh!

Also.

Josh is the cutest boy.

The day after every major holiday he goes to Wal-Mart and stocks up on tons of candy.

- because it goes to 50% off - 

So we always have tons of candy in our house.

Isn't he just the cutest Historian you ever did see?

Even with his homeless looking beard.
